At Trio Real Estate Group we are able to offer customized agreements to match each client’s individual needs. We specialize in providing professional management services to condos, apartment buildings, multi-family houses, and associations of all sizes.

We manage properties throughout greater Boston, specializing in smaller Condo Associations with less than 50 units. Our portfolio currently reaches Back Bay, Brookline, Brighton Watertown, Waltham, Somerville, and Medford.

As your property manager, we will provide routine services that facilitate operations as defined by the board of trustees that represent the association as a whole. This will also include non-routine services that may be related to the repair and maintenance needs of the property.
